Welcome to Lab4crypto! These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of our website and services. By accessing or using our website, you agree to be bound by these Terms. Please read them carefully before using our services.
By accessing or using the Lab4crypto website (the "Site") or any services provided by Lab4crypto (the "Services"), you acknowledge and agree to be legally bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you should refrain from accessing or using the Site or Services.
These Terms apply to any parts of the Site, its functionality, and content provided to you. If you would like these Terms in another format (for example: audio, large print, braille), please contact us using the contact details set out below.
We are Lab4crypto!, a company incorporated in the Republic of Cyprus, with its registered address at 25 Martiou 27 APP.105A.
We are registered with the Cyprus Registrar of Companies under registration number HE 432012 under the legal name DIGITAL A.I. LAB LTD.

a. You are solely responsible for your use of the Site and Services. You agree to use the Site and Services in compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and these Terms. You agree that you are solely responsible for all costs and expenses you may incur in relation to your use of the Site.
b. We make no promise that the Site is appropriate or available for use in all locations. You acknowledge you are using the Site at your own initiative and are responsible for compliance with local laws where they apply. We try to make the Site as accessible as possible. We may prevent or suspend your access to the Site if you do not comply with these Terms or any applicable law.
Use of the Site may require registration, particularly in order to access restricted areas of the Site.
We are not obliged to permit anyone to register with the Site and we may refuse, terminate or suspend registration to anyone at any time. You agree to protect the confidentiality of information used to access their account. You also agree to immediately notify us of unauthorized (carried out by a third party without consent) access to the account, using their email address and password, and/or of any other breach of (suspected of violating) confidentiality of the email address and password.
During registration, you must provide genuine accurate and complete information, as well as maintain this information up to date. If you provide false information during registration on the Site, and/or we have reasonable grounds to believe that the information given or provided by you is false, inaccurate, or incomplete, we have the discretion to refuse you registration on the Site; block; and/or remove such account.
We have the right at any time at our sole discretion, to request you to provide confirmation of his/her personal information (for example, documents confirming identity and/or other KYC documentation), specified during registration on the Site. We have the right to have access to any information placed on the Site, including any conversation and data in your account. We have the right to block or delete an account if you do not provide the requested information and/or supporting documents within 7 calendar days from our request.
You are responsible for making sure that your password and any other account details are kept secure and confidential. To access your account, you must enter the email address and the password selected during registration on the Site.
If we have reason to believe there is likely to be a breach of security or misuse of the Site through your account or the use of your password, we may notify you and require you to change your password, or we may suspend or terminate your account.
Any personal information you provide to us as part of the registration process will be processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
a. The Site and Services, including all content, logos, designs, trademarks, text, images, video, audio or other multimedia content, software and other intellectual property, are owned or licensed by Lab4crypto. You may not copy, modify, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works of any content or intellectual property without prior written permission from Lab4crypto.
b. We and our licensors reserve all our intellectual property rights (including, but not limited to, all copyright, trade marks, domain names, design rights, database rights, patents and all other intellectual property rights of any kind) whether registered or unregistered anywhere in the world. This means, for example, that we remain owners of them and are free to use them as we see fit.
c. Nothing in these Terms grants you any legal rights in the Site or its content other than as necessary for you to access it. You agree not to adjust, try to circumvent or delete any notices contained on the Site or it’s content (including any intellectual property notices) and in particular, in any digital rights or other security technology embedded or contained within the Site or it’s content.
d. You undertake not to download, publish, store, provide access to, or otherwise distribute any information and/or material available on the Site in any way that may violate rights of any third party. We shall not be liable not undertake any responsibility for any violations of rights of third persons, caused by the disclosure by you of any private information or other information that violates rights of third parties.
e. You retain ownership of any content you submit to the Site or Services. By submitting content, you grant Lab4crypto a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, and distribute the content for the purpose of providing the Services. 8.6 By subscribing for our services, you agree that we must take certain actions with regards to your content. These actions relate purely to technical matters and should not be considered as an exploitation and/or use and/or approval or confirmation of your content.
Any content uploaded by you to the Site must comply with all legal and regulatory requirements and in no case should derive from any illegal or unauthorized content. In case we become aware of any such unauthorized or illegal content we may suspend and/or cancel your subscription. In case we are notified by any rightsholder od any infringement, the said suspension shall be effected within 10 calendar days from the receipt of such request.
a. Software may be made available for you to download in order for the Platform to work better. You will be granted a limited, non-exclusive licence to use any such software, subject to you agreeing to the terms and conditions that apply to such software (‘end user licence agreement’ or ‘EULA’).
b. You will be made aware of any terms and conditions that apply to the software when you try to download it. If you do not accept such terms and conditions, you will not be able to download the software.
c. You should read any terms and conditions carefully. They may contain provisions that set out your legal rights, your legal responsibilities when using the software, any legal responsibilities and any limitations on the software provider’s legal responsibilities to you.
d. Using the software in an unlawful way (such as reproducing or redistributing it in a way that breaches these Terms and any other terms and conditions that apply to it) is expressly prohibited and may result in civil and criminal penalties.
a. Lab4crypto and its third-party providers may charge fees ("Fees") for products and/or services available on or through the Site, and/or for access to any portion(s) of the Site or the Site as a whole. Users agree to pay all such Fees at the rates in effect for the billing period in which such fees and charges are incurred.
b. Unless otherwise specified on the Site, all Fees will be quoted and charged in Euros. Lab4crypto and third-party providers reserve the right to change the amount of, or basis for determining any Fees, and to institute new Fees.
You can make a payment using credit/debit cards (Visa, Mastercard) and through other means as may be available on the Site from time to time.
You agree to pay in full the Fees using the available payment methods and any additional credit or debit charges that may incur as a result of the transaction will be paid by you.
In order to secure your payment we collaborate with regulated and certified payment agents who are responsible for effecting the payment. In order to secure the payment of the Fees you will be directed to the secure page of the payment agent which is linked to our website.
We do not store you payment details (i.e. card number or card security code. This is under the control of the payment agent who handles the processing and approval or rejection of the transaction.)
In case a transaction is rejected, it is your responsibility to (irrespective of the reason for rejection) ensure that the payment is effected. In case it is not, we may suspend and/or cancel your subscription.
We are in no way liable for any default of the payment agent and/or any failure of the payment service to inform us on the successful completion of the transaction.
c. If a User submits payment information upon registration or at the time of purchase, the User authorises and directs Lab4crypto and third-party providers to retain such information and to charge all Fees to the designated payment method.
d. Lab4crypto may charge Fees in advance and on a daily, monthly, yearly, lump sum, or other basis. Fees for certain products and/or services may be invoiced on a third-party provider's bill.
e. All Fees are due promptly and, unless otherwise indicated, are non-refundable. User shall notify Lab4crypto about any billing problems or discrepancies within thirty (30) days after they first appear on User's billing, credit, or bank statement, to the extent applicable; otherwise, User waives any right to challenge or dispute such problems or discrepancies.
f. It is each User's sole responsibility to determine what if any, taxes apply to the payments a User makes and to remit the correct tax to the appropriate tax authority. Each User hereby acknowledges the foregoing and agrees to pay all applicable fees and any other amounts incurred by such User in the amounts that are in effect when such fees are incurred.
a. To the extent that portions of the Site provide Users with an opportunity to post and exchange information, ideas, and opinions ("Postings"), USER ACKNOWLEDGES AND IS AWARE THAT LAB4CRYPTO HAS NO OBLIGATION TO SCREEN, EDIT, OR REVIEW POSTINGS, and Postings do not necessarily reflect Lab4crypto's views. Lab4crypto shall in no event have any responsibility or liability for the Postings or for any claims, damages, or losses resulting from their use and/or appearance on the Site.
b. Lab4crypto reserves the right to monitor all Postings and to remove any that Lab4crypto considers, in its sole discretion, to be offensive or otherwise not compliant with these Terms of Use.
c. The User represents and warrants that, upon adding a Posting to the Site, they have all necessary rights in and to all such Postings provided by them and all material they contain; their Postings shall not infringe any proprietary or other rights of third parties; their Postings shall not contain any viruses or other contaminating or destructive devices or features; their Postings shall not contain any defamatory, indecent, offensive, tortious, or otherwise unlawful material or content; and their Postings shall not be used to carry out or solicit any unlawful activity and/or be used to make commercial solicitations.
d. The User authorises Lab4crypto and grants Lab4crypto an unlimited, worldwide, perpetual, non-exclusive, assignable, sublicensable, and royalty-free license to use and/or authorize others to use all or part of their Postings in any manner, format, or medium that Lab4crypto or such other parties see fit.
We will use reasonable efforts to:
a. delete accounts which are being used in an inappropriate manner or in breach of these Terms;
and
b. identify and remove any content that is inappropriate, defamatory, infringes intellectual property rights when we are notified, but we cannot be responsible if you have failed to provide us with the relevant information.
If you believe that any content which is distributed or published by the Site is inappropriate, defamatory or infringing on intellectual property rights, you should contact us immediately using the contact details at the top of this page.
c. While we try to make sure that the Site is secure, we do not actively monitor or check whether information supplied to us through the Site (other than personal data and financial information) is confidential, commercially sensitive or valuable.
a. A User may not create or use an account on the Site for anyone other than themselves. A User shall not let others use their account and may not share their login information with others. A User shall keep their contact and profile information accurate and current. A User may never use another User's account without their written permission. A User is solely responsible for the activity that occurs on their account.
b. A User shall notify Lab4crypto immediately in writing of any breach of security or unauthorised use of their account. Lab4crypto shall not be liable for any losses or damages caused by any unauthorised use of a User's account.
c. By providing Lab4crypto with an email address, the User consents to Lab4crypto using the email address to send Site-related notices, including any notices required by law, in lieu of communication by postal mail. If a User does not want to receive promotional email messages, they may opt-out by unsubscribing from such email communications from Lab4crypto.
d. The User warrants that all information provided to Lab4crypto is true and accurate, and they will not use the Site in violation of any international, federal, state, or local law, rule, ordinance, or governmental regulation. The User will only access the Site on computers and mobile devices for which they are the authorised owner or have authority to access.
a. User acknowledges and is aware that the risk of loss in trading or holding cryptocurrencies, tokens, or any crypto assets can be substantial. The Site is not currently regulated by any securities regulator or financial conduct authority, or any other governmental agency. Lab4crypto is not and shall not act as any User's financial advisor with respect to any purchase of cryptocurrency. Lab4crypto expressly disclaims any fiduciary duty to any User. Each User should carefully consider whether trading or holding virtual currencies or assets is suitable for them in light of their financial circumstances.
b. Lab4crypto cannot and does not represent or guarantee that any of the information available through the Site is accurate, reliable, current, complete, valid, stable, or appropriate for any User's needs. Lab4crypto does not guarantee the timeliness of the technology or information involved in the Site. Lab4crypto disclaims any liability for any loss or damage should a User use or view information available through the Site.
c. Lab4crypto is not liable and expressly disclaims any liability to a User or any third party for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages, even if Lab4crypto has been provided notice of the possibility of such damages. Lab4crypto will not be responsible for any compensation or damages arising in connection with (i) Lab4crypto's discontinuation of any or all parts of the Site, (ii) any unanticipated or unscheduled downtime of the Site, (iii) any investments, expenditures, or commitments made as a result of a User's use of or access to the Site, or (iv) any unauthorised access to, alteration of, or the deletion, destruction, damage, loss, or failure to store any data.
d. Each User accepts responsibility and assumes all liability for all activities and contents generated by access to the Site. Any communication by Lab4crypto to a User shall not be construed under any circumstances as legal, tax, accounting, or financial advice. Any use of or access to the Site shall not be construed as the facilitation of any sale or exchange of securities as an exchange.
e. Lab4crypto makes no representations or warranties with respect to the Site or its contents, which are provided on an "as-is, where-is" basis. Lab4crypto disclaims any and all representations and/or warranties, express or implied, including, without limitation, the implied warranties of title, non-infringement, merchantability, and fitness for a particular purpose with respect to the Site and any website with which it is linked.
f. To the fullest extent permitted by all applicable laws, Lab4crypto and its affiliates, subsidiaries, shareholders, members, managers, directors, investors, employees, agents, representatives, and contractors shall in no event be liable for any claims, charges, demands, damages, liabilities, losses, and expenses of whatever nature and howsoever arising, including, without limitation, any compensatory, incidental, direct, special, punitive, or consequential damages, loss of use, loss of data, loss caused by a computer or electronic virus, loss of income or profit, loss of or damage to property, claims of third parties, or other losses of any kind or character, even if Lab4crypto has been advised of the possibility of such damages or losses arising out of or in connection with the use of the Site or any website with which it is linked.
g. Each User acknowledges that in exchanging any assets on any Site, such User is not relying in any manner on Lab4crypto or its affiliates in making such exchange. The fact that any particular asset is referenced or discoverable through the Site in no way constitutes any endorsement or indication that the asset has undergone any form of due diligence review or qualification. Each User acknowledges and agrees that such User should not acquire or trade any assets unless they have sufficient financial resources and can afford to lose all value of the assets.
a. Each User acknowledges and agrees that Lab4crypto may share such User's personal information with law enforcement, data protection authorities, government officials, and other authorities in the following situations:
In connection with a User's use of the Site and such User's interactions with other users and third parties, each User agrees and represents that they will not engage in any of the prohibited uses or activities set forth herein. Lab4crypto reserves the right, at all times, to monitor, review, retain, and/or disclose any information as necessary to satisfy any applicable law, regulation, sanctions program, legal process, or governmental request.
Lab4crypto may suspend, restrict, or terminate a User's access to any or all of the Site if:
The Site may contain hyperlinks or references to third party advertising and websites other than the Site. Any such hyperlinks or references are provided for your convenience only. We have no control over third party advertising or websites and accept no legal responsibility for any content, material or information contained in them. The display of any hyperlink and reference to any third-party advertising or website does not mean that we endorse that third party’s website, products or services. Your use of a third-party site may be governed by the terms and conditions of that third-party site and is at your own risk.

We strive to provide the best service for our users, however, we cannot guarantee the uninterrupted or error-free function of the Site or that the defects will be corrected or that it will be free of viruses. Therefore, we do not warrant that the Site, any of its functions, or any content contained therein will be uninterrupted or error-free; that defects will be corrected; or that the Site or the servers that make them available are free of viruses or other harmful components.
We are not liable to you if we fail to comply with these Terms because of circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
For the avoidance of doubt, Lab4crypto does not provide investment, tax, or legal advice, nor does Lab4crypto broker trades on any User's behalf. Each User is solely responsible for determining whether any investment, investment strategy, or related transaction is appropriate based on their personal investment objectives, financial circumstances, and risk tolerance. Each User acknowledges and agrees that they should consult their legal or tax professional regarding their specific situation.
The laws of Cyprus apply to these Terms, although if you are resident elsewhere you will retain the benefit of any mandatory protections given to you by the laws of that country.
Any disputes will be subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Cyprus. This means that you can choose whether to bring a claim in the courts of Cyprus.
